SAN ANTONIO -- The Federal Bureau of Investigations arrested the mother of a 6-year-old boy Wednesday for assaulting her son by pulling his genitals so hard they ripped, according to court documents.
The mother faces assault within a Maritime and Territorial Jurisdiction resulting in serious bodily injury, according to court documents.
On the night of Sept. 27, the mother admitted she was angry with the boy and grabbed his scrotum and pulled him to her as hard as she could, ripping him according to documents. The boy suffered a four centimeter long laceration and penile bruising.
She cleaned the wound with alcohol and tried to fix the cut on the scrotum with super glue until it stopped bleeding. She then stuffed the boy's underwear with paper towels and told him to go to bed, according to documents. She did not seek medical attention for the boy.
When the boy's father returned home to their home at Fort Sam Houston Joint Military Base, he found his son crying, according to documents. He took his son to San Antonio Military Medical Center where the child was taken into surgery to repair the damage.
