اما هر دوی اینها فراموش کرده بودند که همین مردم حماسه انقلاب مشروطه را آفریدند، همین مردم فعالیت های سیاسی و حذبی داشتند، همین کور و کچل ها روزنامه داشتند و دموکراسی خواه بودند.

دوست عزیز از این حرف ها بوی عوام زدگی میاد...کدام مردم؟چند درصد مردم در زمان مشروطه سواد داشتند؟چند درصد آگاهی سیاسی داشتند؟ چرا بی جهت برای خودمون نوشابه باز میکنیم...مردم بی سواد چه درکی از دموکراسی داشتند که مثلا در انقلاب مشروطه بیان کاری کنن؟ همونجا هم دنباله رو بودن...

و فاجعه بارتر اینکه حتی همان بیگانگان از مردم ایران معذرت خواهی کردند اما هموطنان شاهیِ ما هرگز خود را در این مورد مسئول نمیدانند و اساسا به جای لفظ کودتا چیزهای دیگری میگویند که همه میدانیم!

این یک دروغ یا غلط مصطلح شده در بین ایرانی ها...آمریکا هیچ وقت معذرت خواهی نکرده، اما نمیدونم چرا همه این رو تکرار میکنن...مسوولان آمریکایی چیز دیگه ای گفتن!!

This issue has been a source of tension between the United States and the Islamic Republic of Iran. For many years, Iran has defined itself in part by its opposition to my country, and there is indeed a tumultuous history between us. In the middle of the cold war, the United States played a role in the overthrow of a democratically elected Iranian government. Since the Islamic revolution, Iran has played a role in acts of hostage-taking and violence against US troops and civilians. This history is well known. Rather than remain trapped in the past, I have made it clear to Iran's leaders and people that my country is prepared to move forward. The question, now, is not what Iran is against, but rather what future it wants to build.

We know that everything we have done in the course of our 235-plus year history is going to appeal to or be supported by everyone, and we take our history seriously. So, for example, we’ve expressed regret about what was done in 1953. We’ve had high-ranking Americans say that that was a disruption of what could have and should’ve been a natural development of democracy with Iran. At the time, it was the Cold War. It was the Soviet Union which seemed to pose an existential threat to everyone, including Iran, Turkey, Greece, you name it. So we sometimes, in retrospect, look back and say, “Could we have done that a different way?” And so we have regretted what happened in 1953.

States played a significant role in orchestrating the overthrow of Iran's popular Prime
Minister, Mohammed Massadegh. The Eisenhower Administration believed its actions were
justified for strategic reasons; but the coup was clearly a setback for Iran's political
development. And it is easy to see now why many Iranians continue to resent this
intervention by America in their internal affairs.
